One-Line Diagram

One line diagrams are utilized to document the engineering process of specifying equipment and conductors.  They provide a means to ensure that all system components and circuits are compatible and that the system is designed according to local codes and standards. Specifying equipment includes model numbers that will be used to verify manufacture stated details. A one line is usually enough for permitting and interconnection needs.
