MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

COLUMBIA HEADQUARTERS OFFICE

Candidates must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with members, the public, and fellow employees. Proficiency in the use of standard office equipment and technology, including computers, scanners, copiers, and point-of-sale (POS) payment processing systems, is required. Previous experience as a Member Services Representative or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
