Bank Draft or Debit/Credit Draft

When it comes time to pay your bill, why waste the time to write a check. Relax knowing that your bill is automatically being paid from your checking or debit/credit account.

Online and App Payments

Pay your bill one time or set up a schedule with recurring credit card or electronic E-check payments.

Electronic Billing

Go paperless and receive bills by e-mail. Also, choose several options for payment.

Receive e-mail and text alerts

You can sign up for alerts or reminders regarding due dates for your bill, past due dates, returned checks, payment confirmations, and changes in account profiles.

Payments By Phone

You can use E-check or your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards to pay your bill. Call 855-2PRVEPA.

Payments By Text

Paying your bill has never been easier. You can now pay your Pearl River Valley Electric bill by text anytime, from anywhere with your smartphone (or your old flip phone).

Step 1- If you aren’t already enrolled in text alerts, simply text “Join” to #352667.

Step 2- When you receive your welcome text, choose “start”.

Step 3- If you haven’t done so, set up a payment profile in our member portal through our website PRVEPA.com or through our app.

Kiosk

This payment option is currently available at the Wiggins office drive-thru only. It is available 24/7 and accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.

Drop Box

Pearl River Valley Electric also have night depositories at its offices in Columbia, Purvis and Hattiesburg. Please do not put cash in in the dropbox. Also, to ensure a payment is posted correctly, include your account number on your check or money order and enclose your bill stub with your payment.
